Meet African Violet…

Growing up, I have never had any issues with my dad. Although my parents are divorced, my mom was a wonderful, strong parent. My dad was not in my life for a long time because of his drinking. He has tried to make it up to my brother and I in our teenage years. The saddest part of my childhood is that when I was fifteen, my cousin and I were molested by a family friend. It was a big deal because it ended up on the news where the guy committed suicide right before the court case. Because of the molestation, I hate men.

Something that you would find interesting about me is that I went to university for four years to be a police officer.
